Financial, Cancellation & No-Show Policies

All Sales Are Final

Because our services involve reserved appointment time, specialized equipment, medical supplies, professional expertise, and individualized treatment planning, all sales are final.

Inspired Beauty Med Spa does not provide refunds for:

  • Completed services

  • Prepaid treatment packages

  • Memberships

  • Gift cards

  • Prescription medications, injectable therapies, or wellness treatments where returns are prohibited by law

Results from aesthetic and wellness services vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with results, a change in personal circumstances, relocation, or a decision to discontinue treatment does not qualify for a refund.

Unused services may only be transferred, credited, or otherwise adjusted when expressly approved by Inspired Beauty Med Spa and permitted by applicable law.

 

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We reserve dedicated appointment time specifically for each client. To respect the time of our providers and allow other clients the opportunity to schedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

For clients using a prepaid package or membership, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of one treatment session from the applicable package or membership.

For individually scheduled services, Inspired Beauty Med Spa reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file in accordance with our current fee schedule.

Exceptions may be considered for verified medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances and are granted at the sole discretion of Inspired Beauty Med Spa.

By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service, package, membership, or product, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
