Clients must cancel their appointment within 48 hours to avoid the cancellation fee. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who are waiting for an appointment.

On the day of your scheduled appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late with no call or contact to let us know, you will be considered a No Show. No show clients will be charged a $25 fee.
